300g acrylic tank and stand

I have a 300g 96x24x30 that I don't think I have time to setup and maintain. So for sale it goes. it comes with a stand and two 48" All Glass double tube lights. There is a small wetdry that came with it and trashbag full of bioballs. There is a reaturn pump but it doesn't look like it works. The tank does need a little TLC. Here is a pic

Is that overflow a center flow in the very center of the tank? It looks like it. Is the stand double sided... It would be EXACTLY what I am looking for at an awesome price. I wish you were closer!
 
the stand is covered on both sides and the colum overflow is little off center to allow for unobstructed access to the overflow chamber
