i sent an email yesterday and they responded
the original poster does not have the tank, but a friend of his does, AND ITS STILL FOR SALE ...

the problem is, its not really a 300, lol. its "75-120" and the price will be coming down accordingly. he said it will be reposted correctly in a few days
