Almost ready to bring the tank in: Pictures of the stand and canopy open and closed. Picture of the 9 ton screw jack and the addition 2x8 floor joists for support and my diy 90g sump. I also started to buy the inhabitants that are living in my 180g for now: (2) C. temensis, (2) vieja bifa, vieja syns., (2) vieja fenestratus, vieja maculicuada, (2) king kong parrots, royal pleco, and a Juruense catfish. Im waiting on (2) azuls, adonis pleco, leopardus pleco, a c. ocellaris, and a super red texas. Was looking for a emperor cichlid but Im on the fence. Not sure theyre all going in the 300 but thats what I have coming to me. Enjoy....

yea go right ahead. Its called a screw-jack, can be purchased off home depots website for 40$. extends from 15" to 36" and supports 18,000 lbs. I sistered 2x8's to the existing floor joists that the tank will be over. one side of the tank is supported by the columns running down the center of the house and I supported the middle of the floor joist span that the tank will be over with this screw-jack to stop it from sagging. Took about 2 hrs to do 3 joists and the support.
