300g stock?

Hey so you know I got a 300g In the last week well I have a few fish in there and I feel as if there not enough or a lot of movement. The cichlids (talapia) on the right I used them as fish to cycle the tanks. They'll be removed soon. (I didn't want to go buy rosy's because it took a while to get them off especially the dat). Any ideas on a couple fish. Was thinking a fire ell because mine died. How long does it take them to get 30". And ideas are good.

I would put in a ST or NTT, Flagtail Fei Feng, and an aro -- maybe an African aro or a leichardti. Plus, I'd get a group of 5 big clown loaches or maybe a couple big fancy plecos like sunshines or a green phantom. If you got a group of fish like that, you would have water movement on all levels of the tank, top, bottom and middle. Plus you would have really active fish like the CLs and aro that would make your tank look good.
