There is a 300G acrylic tank with stand listed for $1800, I was able to get them down to $1600. Does this seem like a good price or should I be negotiating for more?

Also my new house is 90 years old over a crawlspace and it would be on a hardwood floor. Should I be thinking about having a structural engineer come out?

Tbh it doesn't matter what others think. If you are satisfied with $1600 go for it. The seller may not want to keep negotiating.
Yes definitely have a structural engineer come and inspect the flooring where you want to place the aquarium.

Depends a lot on condition, scratches, crazing, etc. And what the stand looks like. A structural engineer is probably a good idea. That's a lot of weight and a lot of water in your new house to be unsure if it's stable.
