30g Bumble Bee Mbuna tankmates?

What other Mbuna species can I add with the Bumble Bee (Crabo) in my 30g tank? Maybe two other Mbuna?

a crabro will outgrow a 30 gal tank. My female bumblebee was around 5 inches long-she was a big fish. Id get rid of the crabro and get a few dwarf type mbuna-saulosis, a few yellow labs, rusties (not all together of course-the tanks too small)

id get a trio (or one male and 3 females) of yellow labs or rusties-great fish!

how do you sex yellow labs?

The males have black on the abdomen and anal fins females lack the black down there.

also "venting" is a technique ppl use to sex fish.

coloration is not a reliable way to sex labs. As said above venting is the only way.

Labs are a better choice than the Bee's due to eventual size.

Your on the right track w/the Dwarf Mbuna in a 30.

Why not go with some assorted types of male labidochromis there are many types to choose from they are so cool looking and stay smaller...

bumblebees are like the biggest mbuna ther is I think they need like 75 gallons. I would personally go with a trio of soulosi or msobo(mind my spelling)
