would a 30G be good for a male kenyan sand boa? what would be needed for a female?
also i know that 'normal' sand isn't good as they can become impacted and i don't want to take the snake out of the tank for feedings (even though it's starting to look like a good idea) would that CalSand stuff be good for them.
and how di i keep their burrows intact or is it ok for them to be digging as they go?

really any info would be good, looking to get one maybe

30 gallon is good for a female.

A standard 30 is fine for a female, as well as a 20 long. These are small snakes, males could be fine in a 15 or 20. Just use aspen for the substrate, unless you want to make some naturalistic vivarium (which they'll destroy).

ok is aspen soldin those vac-u-formed packs like rabbit litter and stuff? cause i don't think i've seen it at like petsmart and such, but i'll take a closer look.
