My pair hasn't had any more fry yet... The other batch got to be free swimming following the mother and one day they all vanished... I think maybe the syno got them while the mother was sleeping. They still act like a pair though, so sooner or later I will have another batch. I got rid of all the other festae besides one of the smaller males... He is very resourceful and acts as a good target fish and dodges most damage (not nipped fins or missing scales) and knows where he can hide that they cant get him when it gets to be too much. I know this will happen one day but for now he defuses almost all the anger from the dominant male.
