30''x16''x23'' - 35Gallons. Is it big enough?

Is a tank of the dimensions in the title big enough for polys or ropes? I was going to plant this tank and put discus/rams in it but I really would like some polys or ropes. Would smaller ropes like senegals or buttikoferi work in this tank? If I do go with polys/ropes I'm going to need a new top as the one I have on it has a large gap for HOB filters. Cant have anybody escaping.

You'll def need a bigger tank for discus'. Bichirs won't work in a 35G either.

I agree with the dude, too small. Try at least a 40g breeder for ropes, but they really would be better in something bigger.

Well, it was worth asking about. I just need to wait until I get my 150.
