MY SILVER AND JARDINI ARE GOOD WITH EACH OTHER THEIRS NO AGGRESSION. THEIR HAPPY SWIMMING TOGETHER IN TANK.:headbang2
This was pointless to start a whole new thread over. Now your just going to have to explain everything again. and like i said, good luck, i dont think the jar is going to like the silvers company after a while.. especially in a 55. And you never said, how big is the jar?

Hey man, this is a really good thread cos i'm going to be giving the same thing a try over this week end! my silver is 24" and jardini about 15". They are both going to be introduced into a new tank and I hope it works, if it doesn't I always have extra tanks to separate them.
On a different note I already have my RTG and black in the same tank. Both roughly around 8" and been together for quite awhile. but they will be separated because I don't think the black gets enough food with the RTG around.

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR PROJECT! KEEP ME UPDATED!

Be careful though, keep an eye on them because i know ppl that have tried this combo with small arowanas, and they failed miserably. They may seem ok at first but watch them over time, I'm going to have to do the same.

Jars are relatively peaceful at that size, wait until it hits 12" and then see if it works. And 5 minutes does not mean they get along, my jar put up with a molly for half an hour before deciding to kill it.
