I think my RTG has ICH cause there is just 1 white spot on the top of its tail. My RTG has also been rubbing itself on the bottom and sides of the tank to get rid of the itch.

The tanks temperature is usually around 29C(84F) so I just turned up the heater a notch I assume temp will go up about 2C but in the afternoon my apartment seems to get warmer so Temperatiure in the tank will prob spike up to 34C(94F)?

So i would like to know is 34C or 94F too hot for Aro??? I also added 2.5 tblspn of salt with my new water change. A little more than 1tbspn per 10g of water.

first of all that's not ich (which occurs as several small spots) ....it's a bump/growth of some sort. Someone else might be able to tell you what exactly is.
94 is way hot ....I wouldn't do it.

It's just a pimple. It will disappear over time if you keep the water condition in condition. In such case, you don't even need to increase temp. Do note that I have seen people's fish die from high temp in their tank due to exhuastion of oxygen in there.

Wait Koji, Cliff W was putting too much salt in not long ago.

Yah then after knowing i added too much salt I did about 3WC of 25%WC per week with no salt at all. So now I added about 2.5tblspn? on approx 20gWC this time. That should be ok no?

But good to know its not ICH and I had no idea Aro's can get pumples on its tail :)

yeah ich looks like someone sprinkled dandruff on your fish lol
