I am gonna get a 350 built, i want some large cichlids in there but lots of people have told me that it simply doesn’t work, I am sort of a cichlid Newby only doing it for 2 years now. I have gotten away with all male cichlid tanks in the past and want to try a much larger version. I want to have fish around the 10-20 inch mark

Suggestions?

Hey man, this is exactly the same as your other threads. I wouldn't keep making new threads about stocking the same tank, just forum etiquette, clutters up the site. Not a big deal just letting you know.

Ya ok, but I am gonna delete my old ones since they are different titles and not what I actually wanna talk about

I am new to monster fish keepers and I don’t know how to delete a thread

I think you stand more chance of a harmonious display if you went with South American cichlids.
Fish like satanoperca, geophagus, hero's, uaru and chocolate cichlids.
They all get to a decent size and won't normally bully the life out of each other in a large tank.
You could also consider non cichlid tank mates like silver dollars or chalceus.
You could also look at catfish like Pimelodus ornatus.
Chances of success are much higher long term than with some of the c/a fish you have previously mentioned.

Don't believe you can delete threads on MFK.
Totally agree with Stanz's advice btw. South americans will be much easier to get to live in a community. There are some big fish that are not all that aggressive, like Oscar or hoplarchus psittacus.
