Hi All,
Last week I ordered a Catalina T5 HO 48" 4 bulb fixture with 2 6,500 K and 2 10,000 K bulbs.
I received it over the weekend, but discovered instead that what they sent me is:
3500 K
6500 K
10,000 K
10,000 K
My question is, is that a good combo? I love how the tanks look, and my plants are pearling, but is that 3500K light doing any good? Should I try to get Catalina to exchange it for the 6500K bulb that I asked for? Because I thought I'd read a few places that plants can only "use" light that is between 5,000 and 7,000 K?
Can you guys clarify for me and help me decide whether to keep or send back the 3500 K bulb?
Thanks!!!!
