So my output on the XP3 spraybar flows at a rate of 350, and I'm thinking thats pretty strong.
Will the guppys swimming at the top try to fight the force until it gets tired and dies?
Or are they smart enough to move down the water a notch?

Have you actually set up your xp3 yet? Yes it is 350 gph but the current is not that forceful. Why are you worrying about guppies, aren't they feeders?

actually, i think the 350gph is the flow rate without any media on it. On the xp3 box, i think the flow rate that it says with the filter media in it is only 187 gph.

what?
would it get lowered if with the check valvue thing?

since I put it onto the bar..but when you look at the inside of the tube; even when it's fully opened, there's a piece of bar(the circle thing sideways)... would that slower the rate even more?

at first i wasn't gonna use it but then when i thought about feeding the fish, if the water keeps on going the food & fish will get blown away. so i decided to put on that "stop the waterflow" thing
