well i was gonna wait before i started posting since
this project is gonna stall for a bit with the holidays
and things coming up but here it is. 5' x 4' x 30"
its gonna have a plywood bottom, the rest will be glass.
i was gonna wait until the new year to start but i couldnt
pass up some of the deals i got.

(2) 3/4" plywood for the bottom coated with pond armor.
and now im gonna be spending some time cleaning silicone
off the tank i just got... already added the second coat of
pond armor just did not take a pic of it.

the glass.. i also quit smoking and already saved over $100 in 3 weeks.

@Siddons11 yes this will be the ray tank( looking to add a black arowana
and possibly a few pbass) i have plenty of time to figure out which guys
i want to add as tank mates.

@yoimbrian thats the plan. well for now it will be extra money for the tank
as i have money planned but that wont be until the first of the year(wifeys
new job basically doubled our income) i plan on that being my food
money for the fish.

btw denatured alcohol is amazing at removing silicone

i plan on buying the one that glass cages sells and uses themselves.
i believe its RTV.

i forgot how much fun it is to clean silicone off of glass....
---said no DIYer ever!!!

well got one sheet cleaned, have a few hard water stains
that i need to try to get off or at least a little less noticeable.
