So I'm putting a 125 together for my trimac pair, it's going to be my living room show tank so I'm takeing my time and makeing sure I have it just the way I want. It is a drilled tank with a 55g refugeum and I have been debateing the background. The overflow covers are curved black plastic, so my initial thought was to paint the back of the tank black. However after seeing some of the 3D backgrounds I'm wodering if anyone has gotten one to work with over flow covers? If you have what kind of background did you use, how did you do it, how dose it look (pic's please) and was it detrimental to your circulation? If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.
