3D Background

Alright so I found a 3D background that i am going to buy off eBay. (thanks to Gourami Swami )

My question is the tank is running should lower the water to like fin level?
What would i use to adhere the background to the back wall?

Never mind,
just called my LFS and they said they have an aquarium safe glue that cures UNDERWATER
so i will go with that

and i will be doing WC daily after that for about a week to help keep the tank clean

I have had the same type og bg in a few tanks snd never siliconed it. Just placed it against the back and put substrate along the bottom.

They were from designsbynature.net but design was identical and they never moved. This is the only one I can find a picture of, the ithers were in a 125 that I got rid of 4-5 years ago.
