3D Backrounf for 75 gallon tank

I have a 75 gallon tank so I wanted to make a custom 3D backround for it. Could anyone who's done this please give me the list of materials needed, instructions and a total estimate of the completed product?

Just did one fit my 180g I used 2" foam blue board, silicone, dry lock paint. I carved it made ledges siliconed it together painted it I mixed different colors of paint with the dry lock here are some pics.

You could always just buy one from designsbynature.net, they have a lot of choices for a good price and they look a lot better then DIY backgrounds. I bought one from this site for only $118 about 5 months ago for my 72 bowfront and I really like it.
