3d foam background

hi, i did 3d foam background with using foam shaping them rocky looks and couple coat of cement, it got solid look, then i used regular stone look spry paint, so what next i need to use it before stick it into tank? i did some research on the net i saw epoxy resin to cover the paint i just wondering can i use fiberglass resin ? r they both same thing?

i have a styrofoam/ epoxiresin background.
The epoxiresin is generally found in boat (repair) shops.

the epoxi came in the brown colour, but i guess you could find clear fibreglass, so you will still see the colour of your stones.
Man, you did an excellent job allready.
You are quite a craftsman!
 
i had extra foam and other stuffs and i build another one, this time its kinda all stick together, and heavy cement on it, and i used same kind spry paint ( dust-oem stone look) here it is, i think i am gonnaput this new one into tank its going into my 180 frontosa tank

i got it from home depot, its call rust-oem brand and stone look kind, i am gonna apply waterproof fiberglass over it , justincase i am gonna apply resin over it to make it fish safe
