I see many tanks with fine white 3mm (or whatever grain the tahitian moon sand is), but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. I .just want the Tahitian in white but cannot find that size sand in white or basically white. Anyone know anywhere online to order it? Thanks

Petsmart should have the white Caribsea Super Naturals sand. Tahitian Moon is just the name they gave to the black color of it. The white is called Moonlight. Grain size is less than 1mm on the tahitian moon, probably like 0.5mm. I'd imagine the Moonlight is the same.

I think the Petcos may have white as well, I know they don't carry they black though (in my area).

Pool filter sand is supposed to be pretty white
Play sand (for me) was a very light tan

I wouldn't want to spend the coin on the stuff they sell at petsmart. 1$/lb is pretty absurd. Even the 3m colorquartz I got was 20$ for 50lb.

Make sure on the color of the PFS before you buy it. The stuff I got at Leslie's Pool Supply was natural (tan) color, and I believe the stuff available at Home Depot is the same. I initially bought it expecting white and was disappointed when I got home. I went to Tahitian Moon after that.
