Hi all I have bred my rays 3 times now and kept a female from 2 littlers .. I sold the dad to give the big mamma a rest ..
Now the pups are getting around half the size of mamma ray one as started bittin and nipping riding on top being a real pest no respect for mum I see lol
. I know it's a sign of being the dominate ray but will it stop as I add mum for 3 years now and don't wanna lose her as she now keeps buried through day but does eat ..

I have also had this problem.. there really is nothing i could do. my "mum" ray never had a chance to heal from the male and i would think maybe something about the blood she is dripping the pups think maybe to eat off her as a food source.?.?. not to sure. she healed after i seperated them.

yup i have to seperate them randomly. once they heal up they usually push them away better

seems the hyper kids like to pick on the old folks
