I have a large and interesting bit of wood in my 90gallon tank that is just taking up space now. It is a root from an old Maple tree, it's been in my tank for months and sank fast. Around 4.5ft-5ft long, 1ft at the widest part.
It's the wood from the bottom left corner going up and across to the top right corner. It's root wood, so it soaks water very quickly, only took 5 days for it to sink for me.
I do not know how much shipping would be, so if you can pick up, that would be best. I will try to find a box big enough and weigh it for shipping on Tuesday.
I would like to get $80 for it plus shipping. We can try and work out a deal if we must.
I can try and let it dry if I get a person who can guarantee they will buy it.
I will post a better picture of it later today if my camera works.

I didnt think maple was a hardwood, so it wasnt aquaria friendly- its not getting soft at all?

I'm pretty sure it's a maple tree, I can try to re identify it later today.
But no, it's not soft at all. Just as insanely hard to cut with a saw as it was when I first trimmed it to fit the tank.
I know that hard woods and semi hard woods are usually tank safe.

It is 55in, 4ft 5in.
I took it out of my tank, it was just bothering me, plus my Pleco needs growing room and so do those 7 angelfish.
One of my filters just broke so willing to drop it to $70, just no real place for it too. Though I guess if it doesn't sell, I will have to cut it and but the more interesting half in my temp summer deck pond.
That's why there are floating plants on it, I removed it from my tank to the 35gal to get the pic and keep snails alive if there were any. Hopefully they move into the pond.
