4-5" dovii sexing help

I don't know what to make of these little guys.. I have four in a 150g and they all look the same for the most part... there is only one that looks slightly different and it might just be because its a little smaller than the others...all of them have spotting. They are the Costa Rican variant that Rapps was selling a few weeks ago I've had them about 2 months. Also normally when you see a little "dongle" hanging down in the vent area I'm assuming only males have this?

They all Look female to me, on my phone.
Take a Look at the bottom of their gill plates & compare. Males will have the spotting, females will not

Im going by the lack face markings and spot and the lack of spots in the entire body and only seeing a few spots on the bottom half. Im also going the general "chubbyness" of the fish. Although at 4-5" a male can be obvious you still can be surprised and really only through venting will you be sure.

Pictures are hard tto tell but the last pic I would say male because you have the speckles above the lateral line and blue starting to come out on its snout!
