4" Dat VS 4.5"Shiner

This shiner was supposed to be eaten by my 6" Dat... WHooops, JR couldnt Resist. Although the Shiner proved to be a little too big to digest the fish, he really put on a good show, and let me take a bunch of pictures. I love my Thinbars! Also after introducing Shiners into my Dat tank, the following week my Glass knifefish was eaten. IT WAS 9" LONG!

From what I hear, dats can reach 18", but it takes forever, literally, lol. As far as tank size, I'd say 150 gallon for life with around 5 dats and other large fish. Though most will recommend larger setups.
