4" frontosa with 1.5" frontosas

Hi I will be getting a 4" Burundi frontosa in a trade. I have 5 1.5" mpimbwe frontosas. Will they be ok? Thanks in advance

No the 4" will try to eat them sooner or later.

If you are going to breed keep the same species, but you have a few years to worry about that. At 1.5" they are a little small to be together.

If it fits in his mouth it's food..... I wouldn't keep them together..

If there is enough cover in the tank, the frontosas should be fine. I've raised lots of fry with 10" adults in the tank.

they should be fine but i wouldn't mix variants if you can help it. i guess they are not breeding age at that size so it shouldn't be an issue in the short run.
