Hey all,
I'm selling my 4" GATF (goliath african tiger fish). I've had him for almost 2 week's. I'm slowly trying to ween him off live. But, right now he is taking down rosey's! lol I'm picking up a 8"-10" blue black arowana next week. And, I'm afraid my gatf will become dinner! hehe
I'm also planning on buying some armatus in the spring. Unfortunately the armatus will probably going to be no smaller than 7"-10". The gatf won't be big enough to defend itself from it (I'm sure of it). So, I would like my Monster in the making to go to a good home. Where someone can keep him happy, yea!
He is super active and not skittish at all. He hang's out right in front of the tank. He finger chases and I love when he yawn's! You can then see all of his baby teeth, lol.
Right now I'm looking for PU only. If, I had to then shipping would be my last resort. I'm looking to get $150 obo!
I live in northern IL near wisc border. If, your interested you can email at justaboyil1@yahoo.com
Thank's for looking!

I know the pic's are not the cleariest. There perfect on my phone, but once the pic's were transfered to the pc, the resolution was stretched. I'm pretty sure he is not a forskalii. I noticed that some of my upclose pic's, it appear's he has black line's going parallel with his body? But, he doesn't have them at all. He's got the silver body, large mouth full or teeth and his gill plates is starting to become a golden color.

its a contaminant with the goliaths, I call "big eye tiger" swims different and rarer in my opinion. Its not the typical goliath, and its not a forskalli which are imported from Nigeria. This fish is from Congo, probably imported by ecz., either way its a cool fish and worth this much if not more. I have one myself

Well, I know vendor's can sometimes be incorrect on ID'ing fish. But, I hope I got for what I had paid for? I picked him up from AE Aquatics, alex and bong are good guy's.
Yea, your right he is a cool fish. Thank's

Agree with Wes here. Not GATF, I would be interested to see what it looks like when larger.

Would seller be interested in a trade for a Korean perch around 7-8 inches?
