Ok guys this sucks super bad for me and I am basically bending over and taking it losing my as$ on this but i have no choice. I have a large breeding pair of Red Devils I have to re-home like now. I have had them for a couple years and they have breed for me many times. They get along well and only need to be separated once in a great while. The male is around 10-12 '' and is what I would consider to be a perfect specimen of this species. He has a perfect shape, fins and color. His head is large and will be awesome once fully grown. He has no blotchy coloring at all. However the strange thing is for the past 2.5 months he went from being super orange to almost perfect white. I have tried everything to get him to change back and nothing has worked so far. He is not sick in any way, I have tried moving tanks (changing the environment) switching his already nicely varied diet up, stimulants by other fish both male and female and nothing works. I think it has something to do with his breeding pattern either that or he is a Midus but I am not sure. The female is about 9'' and has very nice deep color. The male will turn back to orange in my opinion I am almost 90% sure about it when i don't know. They are a perfect pair though and the male is simply awesome. I have to get a new home in the next couple hours or I have to give them to a pet store which I really really don't want to do!!

I am giving them away today only they are free. I will miss them very much and told myself I would never get rid of this male as he is perfect, but I have a fish worth much more than him causing havock in another tank and it has to stop right away.

So I have no pics sorry, but if you want a super come up and some dope fish breeding pair than come get them!! call at 714-631-5527 if questions thanks...
