My dats alll seem to hide.... Any idea why? Are they compatible???

Dats are ambush predators and feel more comfortable hiding. Maybe some dither fish will help out.

Dither fish???? They also live with a silver arowana

Dither Fish-A group of fish that swims openly. This will help the shy fish feel more comfortable feeling that there is no danger if other fish are swimming around.

Silver Dollars, Tinfoil Barbs, and Bala Sharks may work well in your tank.

Yes same as bejamin, give them plenty of hideholes, like bogwood, add a few plants and reduce the time that you have the tank lights on.
