I have had my for lined cat for the better part of three weeks now, but I have not once seen him eat. I have heard they will eat pretty much anything, but he never eats anything I offer him, even at night. Any recommendations?

try blodworms, or take a feeder guppy poke a hole in its head with a needle and quickly drop it in the tank. its fluid from its brain will atracket the fish and should entice it to strike and eat it, we do it all the time when fishing for chanel catfish

Yea I've tried bloodworms...but my pictus seem to gobblem them up first

oh yeah that is a prob. so do the feeder guppy trick and drop in like a dozen guppies, if it dont work, take them out freeze them thaw them out in a few days and do it again. really it works i have also done it for bala sharks, and a dragon goby(we didnt know he could eat them till that)
