A new tank would cost 800 plus and depends on how old isssit n whether it comes with sump tank also another issue... Lol

I believe Alex one has a big sump below .. 600 shouldn't be bad ... Unlike mine I got mind for free but I have to deal with the scratches caused while cleaning thanks to my friend lol.

Oh btw delivery charges tank like that are from 200 to 300 btw lol

yah im lucky my friend want to give his 5x2.5x3 tank to me... it comes with stands and a sump tank , and also a 3 feet x 2.5 x 1 feet feeder tank lol.. all at the cost of nothing ... his tank glass has a few scratches but it doesnt really bother me.. a few touch up and mine look new too.. but transport easily cost up to 250 minimum to 400 ..... which sux haha...
I think a new tank this size and it a thick glass type would defintely cost 1000 + sump tank and stands...
Not forgetting the ttype of lights u wanted... esp if u want those hetalite .. aka sports hall those light that need to charge up one ( very bright and good ).. for the bulb itself easily cost up to 200-300 too lol.. making a canopy for that also another cost ... SO... well fluoro light works too .. why you want big tank for anyway?
what monster fish are you going to put....

if you gonna be puting oddballs or monsterfish .. it not going cheap on those also haha

I'm thinking of breeding a pair of dwarf snakeheads. A 4-5ft seems to be the minimum. Gargh. My parents just left for Korea for 3 weeks and i have the house all to myself but they also only left me 450 which isn't enough to get a new tank.

oh .. shouldnt you use ur own money instead for a tank XD ... work part time for it...get a new one.. it good. my tank big but lol... with all the stock inside , doesnt feel like there much spaces esp when their geting big
