I got a bucket full of black sand that I would like to sell for 30 obo. Even a trade for some fry will do. I decided to change it since I wanted to go with white sand for my tank in the living room. The sand isn't dirty at all. You can clean it if you want. I've had it for 2 months. It's in between 40-50 pounds of sand.

Fergot to mention is live black sand. It can be used for reef and freshwater aquariums. I was using it for fresh water with my african cichlids.
The LIVE black sand is full of beneficial bacteria that break down nitrogen-based waste that is produced byt the fish.
It's not play sand that you get from home depot. This is non-silica sand. Specially made for the aquariums.
You can also use it for planted tanks.
