40-75 gallon tank- So Cal- pick up

I'm helping two of my buddies look for a tank.

One between 40-75 gallons. He wants a complete set including tank, light, stand, and filtration with budget of $150. I'm sure depending on condition of set up, he is willing to fork out additional money to complete the transaction.

The other is 100+ tank complete with budget of $200-250.
