Sense I don't have any monsters yet I will share my aggressive reef. This tank has been running for about a year and a half now with one move in that time frame. It is a little on the dirty side with me being busy with work.

Equipment:
Standard 40 breeder with gl*******s 700GPH overflow kit and dual 1/2" returns
6 bulb Tek Lite T5
Vortech MP20 and MP40
Reef Octopus DNWB 110 External Skimmer
Tunze Osmolator to handle to auto top off
BRS reactor running carbon

Fish:
Midas blenny
Lawnmower blenny
1 adult leaf fish(yellow/white)
2 sub-adult leaf fish (red and a white/yellow)
pygmy waspfish
trio of clown fish
six-line wrasse
yellow watchmen goby that now lives in the sump permanently

Nice dude, as some of those corals grow in it will start to look even slicker. I really like the color of your light.

I have more coral I should place on the rock but most of it is sitting in the sand bed sense I am shying away from permanent mounting until I get the new tank setup. As far as the lights I am just picked up some new bulbs to try out and this is a completely new combo for me. I am liking the color but these pictures don't do it justice!

Great looking set-up
And thank you!

Fantastic tank. I love the plate coral in the first and second picture. And I agree with fleshy, the spectrum on your lights is very nice.

thats really awesome what do you feed them the colors are GREAT

I feed a variety of things and maybe that is why I have so much luck. For the fish I feed some DIY food we made in my reef club, frozen cyclop-eeze, mysis, marineland gel food and the waspfish/leaffish eat krill and bits of shrimp.

The coral/clams I do a mixture of reef-roids, coral frenzy, tropic marin pro-coral zooton, tropic marin pro-coral phyton and fish poop! I feed my LPS Fauna Marin LPS food(this stuff is amazing)
