40 gal tank with everything FT/FS

Want to downsize really bad because my room is way to small for even a 40 gal wanting to trade my setup for a 20-29 gal setup.

two 3 inch clown loaches (10$)
i beleive a 300 watt heater (went so high because i got it cheap)
internal 40 gal ratted filter not sure of brand
40 gal tank (36 x 16 x 17) Black background
a beautiful male jack dempsey 2" (5$) (ask for pics)
a 5" common plec (5$)
a 8" raphael catfish (10$)
You can buy fish separate
you can buy the tank, heater, and filter for 50$
or buy tank, gravel, a few large quartz rocks if wanted and fish for 60$
or just trade me for a 20-29 gal full setup (fish not necessary)
