Here is a 40 gallon Aquan breeder tank made into a k1 moving bed filter. It has 1/4 cast acrylic for divider sections, no bow in these at all high quality acrylic was 150 just for the acrylic sheeting not cut, and I cut it to size holes drilled with acrylic drill bits. is put together with E6000 not silicone these panels will go no were ever. includes 2 cubic feet of K1 in price, the air diffusers, 5/8th check valve, has 5/8th barbed ends on both side of check valve, and on pvc that is attached to the differs this set up is all set to go.
