5 days without water??? Its a lie!!!

My friend found his dwarf snakehead in a corner (10ft across the room) after 40 hours of it escape, its dry and its as hard as a rock!

ITS DEAD!

They can only live with some sort of moisture, they will die as soon as the gills get dry.

they can probably live for 5 days in a wet environment, raining grassy areas. but on carpet they would get sucked dry in no time.

they r rite..even d most hardy channa straita will end up like this when d body's outer layer moisture dried up. my friend did an experiment before wrap a straita with wet cloth put it a humid environment for 3 days and it survived. the next experiment he did was wrap the straite with a wet cloth put inside the car booth for 3 days and later it's hard as rock.
