400gl tank stocking ideas

getting ready to set up my 400gl 7x3x2.5 low iron glass peninsula, i couldn’t decide between pleco or ray . im currently keeping couple small l24 and a big luteus and i would love to have few more big pleco , but i also love bds . i probably will be happy if i can have one bd on my pleco tank but that sound like impossible
