40g for $200 good deal?

bad deal. i can get a 150gal with sump, pump, everything here in sd for 150... 240gal for 750. 40-60gal tanks usually go for 30-50 bux
i would dissagree thats a nice setup for the money canopy and stand made from real wood filter lights heater .

I agree, that's a little steep unless it's got some very nice lighting and a wet/dry.

From the picture, it doesn't look drilled and there is no HOB or overflow. I am wondering what the guy has for a filter. It could be anything from an inexpensive in tank filter to...well, not much else. It is a nice hood though. It is a nice tank to start with if you want to customize it (drilling or whatever). Personally, I would pass on it. There are better deals out there. At forty gallons, you can find them using the dollar a gallon rule. I paid $250 for my 250g with stand and hood.
