Hey everyone I need to get rid of my 40g long ASAP. Tank has no leaks but has lots of small scratches (got it at a yard sale already scratched up). Its an old style tank with thicker glass and no plastic trim or brace. I suspect it was resealed at some point because the silicone job is quite sloppy, but as I stated before I've never had a leak since I've had it. I was using it as my display tank and planning on turning it into a DIY wetdry for a 125g RR, but with a baby on the way I just don't have the space and now have to downsize instead.

Included:

40g Long Aquarium
Plastic Hood w/ 48" strip light
Cabinet Stand
2 Aquatech 330 Filters
Hydor Theo Heater

I've drained the tank down to the gravel but the gravel is still in the tank. I will try to get around to removing it, but I've got a lot going on and can't promise it. Also I'm not going to be able to provide much help moving it since my right arm is broken and I'm not supposed to stress it, so bring a friend. On to the pics (these are from when I was was setting it up, it now has gravel as stated before):

one more thing, the black edging you see is just electrical tape I used to hide the sloppy silicone work :D Any other questions just shoot me a PM

Wolf, How is Rick's in Frederick? Do they stock Jardinis? I'm thinking of picking one up for my 125 Gal

No problem. I went ahead and pulled all the gravel out tonight so it should be easier for you to move tommorrow. See you then

They're selection is excellent but the prices are a little on the high side for some things imo and I have mixed feelings about the owner and staff. They can be super friendly or ignore you completely, and Rick threw a temper tantrum when I pointed out a mislabled bichir. To sum it up great place but it'd be better if I was running it :D

Last time I was in there (~3 days ago) they had a Jardini Aro and a Black/Blue Aro. Can't remember how much they wanted for the Jar but they definatley had one.
