I just got a 40 gallon and I might be going to the LFS today (they got bored of me) and I totally have no idea what should be in there... a crab of some sort maybe?? an ugly salamander?? regular good ol' fish?? I'm starting to stress out...

A new 40 gallon tank is nothing to stress about! Go get some senegal bichirs! Get some dwarf snakeheads instead if you can find them!
