40ish gallon tank, Menifee CA, pu/mu

I'm looking for a 40b or 55 gallon tank near Menifee. I'm getting a young monitor lizard on Friday and I need a growout tank for him. I don't want to travel too far but I'm happy to pick up or meet up.

For the sake of the rules, I'll say $50 or less but cheaper is better.

If you ever need a larger tank I have a 180 gallon with a busted seam. It would be fine for a lizard though. I live in the area let me know
