Would i have to worry about angels trying to eat the tetras and otos?

Once they get bigger, yes. I've had to pull neons, ottos and shirmp out of angel's mouths who bit off more than they could chew! Angels will try to eat anything they think will fit into their mouths!

Especially in a narrow tank like a hex.
