i got a 44gal tank at my house and i dont know what to do with it. Its acrylic and has 2 pre drilled holes in the back for 2 filter hoses. should do a small salt water or what. i already have a 60gal sa cichlid tank and a 29gal African cichlid tank 125gal bearded dragons and 20gal leopard gecko tank i though about getting a ball python but my mom dosent like snakes any ideas ill post some pics of the tank later.

A drilled tank is always screaming SALT. However, acrylic isn't really ideal for saltwater setups because of salt creep. It is difficult to clean if you let it go. When it builds up, getting it off often leaves the acrylic scratched. Salt creep can be avoided with anti-creep products, frequent cleaning, and/or keeping higher magnisium levels.
If you keep your other tanks well cleaned, then it would be a good starter salt tank. Salt tanks are very rewarding.
