45 gallon hexagon

Should i get the hexagon 45 gall or the regular 45 gallon?? any con and pro for these 2?

get the regular 45 as it has a larger water to air interface for the O2 exchange to take place. better for fish in the long run let alone larger area to swim in.

long long long hex tanks fail.. there only good for like a tall reef or a community of smaller fish

Get the regular 45. It's got the bigger footprint, which is generally more important than the volume (not saying volume isn't important, but the length and width of the tank are what gives the fish space to move)
