I am fixing to set up a 46g bowfront and was planning on taking a aquaclear 70 from my established 58 and putting it on the 46. Also plan on buying a new aquaclear to put back on the 58g. I am planning on putting what i think is a female EBJD in the tank along with a few dither fish. Anyway would the single aquaclear be enough filteration? One other idea I have a fluval 203 I could add also that I've not used in a few years. Thanks on another thought I could put the fluval 203 on the 58 which has also a Emperor 400. Thanks for suggestions.

The more filtration the better. I would use the 203 as my main filter and put the ac 70 on as the back up. You could use the ac70 for mechanical and 203 for biological.
