That's awesome! I admit I was looking at a 36" version for my 90 gallon. Good to know that the light penetrates to the bottom of the tank. I think I might give these another look after seeing this. Thanks man!

No problem, I got mine off ebay after I heard some bad things about aquatraders, plus free shipping to boot. Was at my house in 6 days which wasn't bad considering Sunday was included. the 48" is nice but if you wanted less light I'd go with the 36.
