I'm trying to make the most of limited space. I have a 6ft aquarium stand for a 125 gal tank that I'm not ready to get rid of and a 75 gal tank that needs to be moved. I'd like to put the 75 on the 125s stand. Do you think it would support the tank since the tank wont reach the outside edges or would I need to add extra support?

Is it wood? Can you add a piece for under the edges? Maybe a "foot" for added security......but i bet a couple of screws would do it.
I looked at adding another piece under it but it would run right down the middle of 2 of the 4 doors.
Pics of the stand and dimensions of the tank would be helpful.
IMO it all depends on how the stand is built, if it can still support the edges it should be ok.
