Hi guys,
I'm opening up a fishstore and want to build a large showtank for stingrays and cichla's. I think dimensions are going to be 4mx2x1.5 but i might go for 5mx2mx1.5m. Im going to build the tank from wood with fiberglas and epoxy. With a large viewing panel in the front. For filtration i'm considering either a large beadfilter or a sump out of 3 ibc tanks. Tips and tricks are welkome, and i'll keep you guys posted!

Welcome to MFK! Check out this thread from the sticky’s as a starting point. There’s active members here still that can guide you, but start here;
Whereabouts are you located? There’s often large acrylic tanks available that would achieve your goal. Perhaps even a cheaper and safer option than an DIY build 🤷🏻‍♂️
All the best!

New acrylic tanks are very pricey here in the US. I was actually meaning used acrylic tanks are fairly readily available in the US at reasonable prices. Not too sure about the Netherlands.
All the best in your preparations!
