4x2x2 feet glass tank without any brace (URGENT question)

Hi Everyone,

My friend just ordered a new glass tank (size 4x2x2 feet) from XXX company but the guy said there's no need to have any brace meaning just 5 piece of 12mm glass stick together. is it safe?

usually there will be at least top brace right? will it split?

I would say that's quite safe. 3.8 safety rating without bracing.
