Tank question for you guys smarter than me. I just bought a never used 48x48x30 acrylic tank. Perfect size for where im putting it. It’s pre drilled with two 2.5 intake holes and two 1.5 return holes directly in the center so I was going to do a wet/dry sump setup but I don’t know **** about sumps set ups.
I had a 210 tank a few years ago but I just used 3 fx6s for it.
This will be a peacock bass tank for the most part.
Should I build some sort of overflow in the center? Square or a circle? How high does it go in the tank?
Wet/dry size? I found the premier series wd-400 which is supposedly good for 400 gallons but is only 40 gallons. I thought a sump needed to be like 20-25% of the tank size. I’d rather buy a premade one vs building one myself
